Securing Change Together – the Government to Government partnership between the UK and Peru
This report summarises the latest progress achieved by the UK Delivery Team (UKDT) of Arup, Mace and Gleeds.

The UK Department for International Trade signed a government-to-government agreement in June 2020 with the Government of Peru to help accelerate the reconstruction of vital schools, health facilities and flood protection following the loss of lives and livelihoods during the El Niño climate cycle in 2017.
The UK Delivery Team (UKDT) of Arup, Mace and Gleeds has been working with the Authority for Reconstruction with Changes (ARCC) and now the Peru National Infrastructure Authority (ANIN) to apply international best practice to the reconstruction of resilient and sustainable facilities and infrastructure, including 74 schools, 18 healthcare facilities and comprehensive flood defences for 17 river basins and 7 cities along the coastal regions of Peru.
