My passion is helping people travel more safely and efficiently. I get to tackle these challenges around the world with Arup each day.

I work on buildings nationally and internationaly. What I love about working at Arup is the variety in what I do, no two days are the same. I learn something new every day.

As project manager, I recently worked on a building which achieved net zero carbon in operation - a huge step forward for the industry in helping reduce emissions.

As a structural engineer, I love the satisfaction of solving a problem! Sometimes it's quietly working through a design and sometimes it's phone calls across the multidisciplinary team to resolve an issue.

What excites me about working for a large firm like Arup, is getting to collaborate with engineers of many different disciplines to address climate change and environmental issues.

There are plenty of defined career paths at Arup, but there's also a 'choose your own adventure' path, and that's what I took! I joined as a facade engineer, and have since become a resilience leader.
